Low-Light Vision

The monster can see in dim light as though it were bright light, so it ignores the Concealed condition due to dim light.

Agile Faller

Akila takes half damage from falls.

Change Shape One Action (concentrate, polymorph, primal, transmutation)

Akila's mask melds into her face and she takes on the form of a leopard, or she returns to her halfling form. As a leopard, the only Strikes she can make are a jaws Strike (which deals 3d6+10 piercing damage plus Grab) and an agile claws Strike (which deals 3d4+10 slashing damage).

The monster changes its shape indefinitely. It can use this action again to return to its natural shape or adopt a new shape. Unless otherwise noted, a monster cannot use Change Shape to appear as a specific individual. Using Change Shape counts as creating a disguise for the Impersonate use of Deception. The monster's transformation automatically defeats Perception DCs to determine whether the creature is a member of the ancestry or creature type into which it transformed, and it gains a +4 status bonus to its Deception DC to prevent others from seeing through its disguise. Change Shape abilities specify what shapes the monster can adopt. The monster doesn't gain any special abilities of the new shape, only its physical form. For example, in each shape, it replaces its normal Speeds and Strikes, and might potentially change its senses or size. Any changes are listed in its stat block.

Pounce One Action

Akila Strides, then Strikes. If she was Hidden at the start of this action, she remains hidden until after the Strike.

Powerful Leap Two Actions

Akila Leaps either up to 50 feet horizontally and 10 feet vertically or up to 25 feet vertically and up to 10 feet horizontally. She can make a Strike at any point during the Leap. If she hits, she deals an extra 8 bludgeoning damage from the impact.

Sneak Attack

Akila deals an extra 1d6 precision damage to flat-footed targets.

When the monster Strikes a creature that has the Flat-Footed condition with an agile or finesse melee weapon, an agile or finesse unarmed attack, or a ranged weapon attack, it also deals the listed precision damage. For a ranged attack with a thrown weapon, that weapon must also be an agile or finesse weapon.
