Deny Advantage
Mugland isn't Flat-Footed to creatures of 8th level or lower that are Hidden, Undetected, flanking, or using Surprise Attack.
EvasionWhen Mugland rolls a success on a Reflex save, he gets a critical success instead.
Exploit BlunderTrigger A creature within 30 feet rolls a critical failure to Strike Mugland
Effect With a sneer, Mugland takes advantage of the opening. He makes a ranged dueling pistol or cane pistol Strike against the triggering creature. The creature is Flat-Footed to Mugland's attacks (including this one) until the beginning of its next turn. This attack doesn't count toward Mugland's multiple attack penalty, and his multiple attack penalty doesn't apply to this attack.
Slippery DodgeTrigger Mugland is hit by a Strike, but wouldn't be hit with a +2 circumstance bonus to AC
Effect Mugland gains a +2 circumstance bonus to AC against the triggering attack and the attack misses.
Quick DrawMugland Interacts to draw a weapon, then Strikes with that weapon.
Sneak AttackMugland deals an extra 2d6 precision damage to flat-footed creatures.
When the monster Strikes a creature that has the Flat-Footed condition with an agile or finesse melee weapon, an agile or finesse unarmed attack, or a ranged weapon attack, it also deals the listed precision damage. For a ranged attack with a thrown weapon, that weapon must also be an agile or finesse weapon.
