This tincture lets you pinpoint your foes. For the next 5 minutes, your alchemical bomb Strikes reduce the circumstance bonus to AC your targets gain from cover by 2.
Traits
Anything that doesn't list another rarity trait (uncommon, rare, or unique) automatically has the common trait.
