Entangling Net

On a success, the target is Grabbed until it Escapes (DC 16) or until an adjacent creature Interacts to remove the net. On a critical hit, the target is Restrained rather than grabbed. The Sallowdrudge can't use Entangling Net again until they take 1 minute to refold their net.
