Source Pathfinder #172: Secrets of the Temple-City
Traditions Arcane, Primal
Cast (material, somatic, verbal)
Range 30 feet
Duration 1 minute
Saving Throw basic Fortitude
You form a wall of brilliant light that obscures creatures. You create a thin wall of light in a straight line up to 60 feet long and 10 feet high. You must create the wall in an unbroken open space so its edges don't pass through any creatures or objects, or the spell is lost. The wall stands vertically. If you wish, the wall can be of a shorter length or height.
Creatures adjacent to the wall are Dazzled. Creatures that move through the wall take 2d6 fire damage (basic Fortitude save) as the concentrated light burns them.
Heightened (4th) The bright light makes it difficult to discern creatures on the other side. Creatures are Concealed to other creatures on the opposite side of the wall from them. The fire damage increases to 3d6.
Traits
Something of uncommon rarity requires special training or comes from a particular culture or part of the world. Some character choices give access to uncommon options, and the GM can choose to allow access for anyone. Less is known about uncommon creatures than common creatures. They typically can't be summoned. The DC of Recall Knowledge checks related to these creature is increased by 2.
EvocationEffects and magic items with this trait are associated with the evocation school of magic, typically involving energy and elemental forces.
LightLight effects overcome non-magical darkness in the area, and can counteract magical darkness. You must usually target darkness magic with your light magic directly to counteract the darkness, but some light spells automatically attempt to counteract darkness.
