While within the aura, the creature takes a -2 circumstance penalty to saves to recover from the sickened condition. A creature that succeeds at its save is temporarily immune to all xulgaths' stench for 1 minute.

Channel SmiteCavnakash expends a Harm spell and attempts a melee Strike. If he hits, he adds the spell's negative damage to his Strike damage. If he misses, the harm spell is still expended.
